"My skin didn’t throw a fit for once"
I’ve got sensitive skin, so perfumes are usually a gamble for me. A lot of them make my neck itchy or leave me red, which is super annoying. I tried Le Labo from lelabofragrances.com and somehow it’s been totally fine. No burning, no rash, nothing weird. The scent lasts nicely too, which is great. But seriously, my skin stayed calm and I almost didn’t know how to act. Very happy with it.

"I’m Basically Obsessed Now"
I went in just trying to pick out a scent and the staff were SO patient with me. They didn’t rush me at all, even though I was probably overthinking every single option like it was a life-changing decision. They helped me find one I really loved, and I left way happier than expected. Like, why did choosing a scent make my whole day?

"Pretty good, though I wish it had more staying power"
I bought this from lelabofragrances i’m mostly happy with it. The scent lasts around 6 to 7 hours on my skin, which is decent, I guess. It starts off with strong projection, but after a while it definitely settles closer to the skin. The sillage is nice too, a few people noticed it, but it never felt overwhelming. I’m giving it 4 stars because while I do like it, I kind of expected it to stay louder for longer.

"I kept hearing about Le Labo everywhere..."
I kept hearing about Le Labo everywhere, like one of those names that just starts following you around, so I finally gave in and ordered something. It definitely has that quiet luxury thing going on — not flashy, just really considered and kind of cool in an effortless way.
The website was simple to use, the packaging looked clean and expensive, and the whole experience felt more special than a regular fragrance shop. It’s definitely pricey, but I wasn’t exactly shocked by that, i still get why people make such a big deal about it.

"So helpful to test scents first"
I really liked being able to order samples before committing to a full bottle. It made the whole process feel way less like a guessing game. The website was easy to use, and the samples showed up neatly packed with no leaks or mess. I wore a few of the scents over a couple of days to see how they changed on my skin, which helped a ton. Such a simple idea, but it worked really well. I’d definitely order again

"Refill was super easy"
Getting the refill was quick and simple, and the bottle feels almost brand new again. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like it works a little better after the refill too. Definitely felt worth it

"Good Delivery Overall"
My order showed up in good shape and was packed well, which is really the main thing. Shipping took a couple extra days longer than I thought it would, but the tracking updated fine the whole time, so it wasn’t hard to keep an eye on it. Not ideal, but delays happen. Overall, I’m happy with how the delivery turned out.

"Didn’t seem as fresh as I expected"
When I opened it, the smell was a little stale, like it had been sitting around for a while. I’m not saying it was definitely fake, but something about it felt a bit off too. Compared to what I’ve bought before… I don’t know, this just didn’t feel quite right.

"I like the products and the site..."
I like the products and the site looks nice at first, but actually using it was annoying. Pages loaded slowly, finding basic things took more effort than it should, and the filters didn’t really help much. Checkout also dragged on longer than expected. For a brand like this, I really thought the experience would be smoother, some kind of credit or compensation would feel fair after dealing with all that

"A few scents I wanted were sold out"
The site is fine overall, but I got a little frustrated because after browsing around for a while and finally deciding on a couple fragrances I actually wanted to try, they were out of stock, which is kind of annoying when you’ve already made up your mind, so I really hope they restock them sooner.

"Easy refill and less waste"
I’ve always liked Le Labo for the scents, but the refill option is what makes me feel better about buying from them. I brought my bottle in to get refilled instead of buying a whole new one, and it just felt more practical and less wasteful. The staff were helpful without trying to upsell me, which I appreciated. It’s nice when a fragrance brand makes it easy to enjoy the product without all the extra packaging.

"Fair and transparent about what’s inside"
I really appreciate that Le Labo is upfront about the ingredients in their fragrances. It feels fair to let customers know what they’re buying before they spend the money, especially with something as personal as scent. Being able to check the ingredients first makes me feel more comfortable ordering. It’s simple, honest, and I respect that.

I do like the fragrances — they’re definitely a little different from what most brands are putting out, which I appreciate. Shipping was totally fine too, no problems there. I just feel like the prices are kind of high for what you actually get. I’m not sure I’d buy again unless there was a sale or some kind of deal

"Beautiful scent, but I wish it lasted longer"
I ordered from Le Labo Fragrances and the package arrived totally fine, so no complaints there. The first time I sprayed it, it made me pause for a second because the opening smelled so beautiful and kind of took me back to a cozy memory I couldn’t quite place. I really wanted to love it for that reason. But on my skin, it just doesn’t seem to stick around. After about 3 or 4 hours, I can barely smell it unless I’ve sprayed a lot. For the price, I was expecting more lasting power. It’s not bad at all, just a little underwhelming for me.
